All services on all servers are tested by an external machine every 5 minutes. If this system picks up any problems, you can see the severity of the problem here. At this point, the server will try to heal itself automatically. If the problem continues for 5 more minutes, then it is deemed critical and an engineer is notified immediately via text message and email.

There is currently a networking issue at the datacenter affecting this server, and many other servers in the same datacenter. During this time, customers will experience intermittent or no connectivity.
Update: Engineers have identified the problem as being a faulty switch. They hope to have this swapped out shortly. Apologies for the inconvenience in the meantime.
