POWER
Service is backed by two parallel-redundant 300KVA Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) system and one 1.5 Megawatt diesel generator with 12 hours of diesel fuel on-site and guaranteed refueling contracts. All racks and cages are serviced by one or more 20 amp, 120 volt AC circuits. The centre can remain fully functional without external power or diesel for 72 hours.

NETWORK
The facility offers access to a variety of local carriers and service providers. Our base is connected to multiple local service providers and Internet backbone carriers for the best possible performance and reliability. Network service is delivered via Cisco switches and routers. The hosting centre delivers a broad spectrum of products and connectivity services, including 100-megabit and gigabit Ethernet access to the datacenter backbone. Each service offers a particular degree of redundancy, depending on your individual business needs. This network environment provides a broad range of customer choice, scalability, and network and route diversity.

ENVIRONMENT
Our N+1 redundant Liebert Heating Ventilation and Cooling (HVAC) systems produce ideal environmental conditions for your important servers. Ambient temperature is maintained at 72 degree F (+/- 2 degrees) and relative humidity maintained at 45% (+/- 5%). Remote and local monitoring of all electrical, mechanical, security, and automation systems ensure that potential problems will be discovered quickly and addressed before service disruption can occur. The pre-action dry-pipe fire suppression system protects the entire data center, in the event of a fire, while eliminating the possibility of a false alarm.

SECURITY
Multiple levels of security, including man traps, video surveillance, and proximity badge access control ensure that only authorized personnel are permitted to access the data center. On-site personnel monitor all security systems constantly.
